Great Pond Watershed Survey

Pristine water quality used to be a given in Great and Long Pond when the Belgrade Lakes Association was founded in 1908. Today, that's no longer the case. The responsibility to “protect and preserve” now falls on all of us who care about these lakes.

This page introduces how lakes work, what we’re doing to protect water quality, and how you — one person — can help preserve them for future generations.
