Invasive Plant Survey Team

Once again, under the direction of Bruce Fenn’s volunteers representing the Invasive Plant Survey Team, we met to survey Great & Long Ponds public boat ramps. Working with members of the Belgrade Regional Conservation Alliance’s Milfoil Committee, 2009 was the seventh year Bruce has organized and implemented the surveys, which have now become part of the Belgrade Lakes Association’s “Early Detection Program” — and it’s been a yearly event since!
