Fall Drawdown and Winter Water Levels
The Belgrade Lakes Association Homeowners Guide is a wonderful adjunct to all rental properties to familiarize your guests with proper watershed practices.
Although the downloading of the Articles of Incorporation is a work in progress, we do have several pages of this historical document already downloaded on the site for your viewing. The Belgrade Lakes Association actually incorporated in 1909 as the Belgrade Great Pond Association with their first evening meeting at the Thwing Brothers Camps on the north end of Hoyt’s Island. There were 70 members at that time.
The new Webcam is a great way to check out the weather (and ice!) on Belgrade Stream here in the village - 24/7!
